Registration Information

Registration Fee Includes:

• Participation in all scientific sessions, exhibition visits, final program book, and participation certificate.
• 20% VAT will be added to the prices listed above
• Payments not made prior to the summit or delayed payments will incur a 20% late fee upon reconciliation.
• Z Event Congress Services reserves the right to adjust the prices in case of changes in applicable taxes or fees.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services
• For cancellations made before January 9, 2026, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% for bank charges.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after January 9, 2026.
• After January 9, 2026, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the summit.

Accommodation Information

Accommodation Fee Includes:

• Prices are for a 2-night stay, with package pricing applied.
• Accommodation dates: Check-in on April 20, 2026, and check-out on April 22, 2026.
• City tax is included, and a 10% VAT will be added.
• Payments not made prior to the summit or delayed payments will incur a 10% late fee upon reconciliation. Z Event Congress Services will secure room reservations based on payments made before the summit, reserving the right to change hotels or deny room reservations.
• Z Event Congress Services reserves the right to adjust prices in case of changes in applicable taxes or fees.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Transfer Information

• Transfer rates are for round-trip services and are valid only for transfers on April 20 and April 22, 2025.
• Transfers outside these dates will be considered individually and an additional 25 EUR per one-way trip will be added to your budget.
• Requests with incomplete payments will not be confirmed. All payments must be completed before the event.
• 20% VAT will be added to the prices listed.

• Cancellations made before April 1, 2026, will be accepted.
• For cancellations made after April 1, 2026, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% for bank charges.
• Transfers cancelled during the summit will not be refunded; however, name changes will be allowed.
• All refunds will be processed after the summit.
